This policy explains how you can pay at benmos.shop, when you are charged and how your payment is protected.

Payment methods we accept

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your device and browser support them.

We do not accept checks, money orders, bank transfers, cash on delivery or payment by phone.

Currency and prices

All prices are in US dollars. The price on the product page is the price you pay for the instrument. Shipping is free, and any sales tax is added at checkout.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged in full when you place your order. If we cannot fulfill the order, we cancel it and refund the full amount.

Sales tax

Any sales tax that applies is calculated from your shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment security

Checkout is encrypted and runs on Shopify. Your card or wallet details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number or security code.

Order review

To protect customers from fraud, some orders are reviewed before they ship. We may email or call you to confirm the order, and we may ask that the billing address match the one your card issuer has on file. If we cannot verify an order, we cancel it and refund it in full.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, no order is created and you are not charged. A pending authorization may show on your statement for a few days until your bank releases it. Check the card details and billing address, try another payment method, or contact your bank.
