Who we are

A small store with one job.

Benmos is an online store for digital pianos and keyboards, run from Portland, Oregon. We do not sell guitars, drums or sheet music. We sell one kind of instrument and try to be clear and fair about it.

Buying a piano online is a big decision. You cannot press a key before you pay, the box may weigh more than you do, and the specifications read like a foreign language. So we built the store around three things: plain descriptions, terms that take the risk out of trying one at home, and a real person to ask before you order.

The instruments are new and come from Kawai, Roland and Yamaha. They range from portable pianos for a first lesson to console pianos for the living room and digital grands.

    Everything ships new, in the manufacturer's packaging, with the manufacturer's warranty.

    Every order ships free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Heavy instruments included.

  • 30 days to decide

    Play it at home. If it is not right, we email a prepaid label and refund your original payment method.

  • The price you see

    No countdown timers and no invented discounts. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

  • A person to ask

    Call or email with who will play it and where it will live. We answer Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM PT.

  • Policies in plain words

    Shipping, returns, warranty and payment are each written out in full, with the key facts at the top.
