How much is shipping?
Free on every order, with no minimum.
Where do you ship?
To street addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after the order ships; the largest instruments, which travel by freight, can take up to 10 business days. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number when your order ships. You can also open the order status link in your order confirmation email.
Will you carry the piano inside?
No. Delivery is to your door or curb and does not include carrying it inside or assembly. Plan to have a second person help with large instruments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as you can.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
When will I get my refund?
We inspect returns within 3 business days of receiving them and refund your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
My piano arrived damaged. What now?
Email support@benmos.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we pay the shipping.

Are your instruments new?
Yes. Everything we sell is new, in the manufacturer's packaging.
Do they come with a warranty?
Yes, the manufacturer's warranty. Its length varies by brand and model. See our Warranty page.
How many keys do I need?
A full-size piano has 88 keys, and that is the right choice for piano lessons and classical repertoire. Keyboards with 61 or 76 keys are lighter and cost less, and suit beginners, songwriting and playing in a band.
What does "weighted keys" mean?
Weighted, or hammer-action, keys resist your fingers the way an acoustic piano's keys do, heavier in the bass and lighter in the treble. If you are learning piano, choose weighted keys. Unweighted or semi-weighted keys feel lighter and are common on portable keyboards and synthesizers.
Can I play with headphones?
Nearly every digital piano and keyboard has a headphone output, so you can practice silently. Check the specifications on the product page for the connector size.
Does it come with a stand, bench or pedal?
It depends on the model. Each product page lists what is in the box.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Prices are in US dollars. See our Payment Policy.
When is my card charged?
When you place the order.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and runs on Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
Do you charge sales tax?
Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
